Prime Minister Gaston Browne joined Dominicans this weekend to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the World Creole Music Festival, one of the Caribbean\u2019s signature cultural events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Browne, who traveled to Dominica for the three-day festival, was seen mingling with attendees and regional dignitaries, including Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and dancehall star Vybz Kartel.
