Prime Minister Gaston Browne has pledged government support for 27-year-old Shabo Nedwell of Cashew Hill, who was seriously injured in a pit bull attack in Skerrit\u2019s Pasture last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr Browne said the state would pay for all medical and corrective surgery expenses, including treatment overseas if required. He commended Nedwell\u2019s resilience after she attended her University of the West Indies Five Islands graduation in a wheelchair, only days after the incident.<\/p>
