Peace Beach Development to Feature Artificial Reef and Land Reclamation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prime Minister Gaston Browne <\/a>says plans are being finalized for the Peace Beach<\/em> development<\/a> at Barnicle Point<\/a>, a project that aims to transform dredged material into usable land <\/a>and create a new coastal attraction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Browne, the initiative has received approval from the Development Control Authority and environmental officials for the reuse of dredge spoils to form what he described as \u201cviable land and a beautiful beach.<\/a>\u201d<\/p>

The project will also include an artificial reef system designed to enhance marine biodiversity and improve shoreline resilience. Browne said the approach reflects the government\u2019s commitment to applying science and sustainable engineering to coastal development.<\/p>
