The Development Control Authority (DCA) wishes to advise the public that a nationwide assessment of derelict and dilapidated structures will be undertaken across Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>

This initiative forms part of the DCA\u2019s continued efforts to promote safe, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing development throughout the country. The assessment seeks to identify structures that are unsafe, abandoned, or in a state of severe disrepair, to determine whether they should be demolished and removed or rehabilitated and restored.<\/p>
