Three men \u2014 Judeah Francis of Potters, Jaquan Davis of Skerritt\u2019s Pasture, and Devonne Burton of Paynters<\/a> \u2014 have been committed to stand trial<\/a> at the January Assizes on multiple firearms and ammunition charges<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The trio <\/a>appeared before a magistrate in connection with an incident that occurred in June last year, when police reportedly found them with firearms and ammunition. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

They are also facing an additional charge of attempting to commit a crime with the use of a firearm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police allege that the men were in possession of 14 rounds of 9mm ammunition, a black 9mm Browning pistol, and a black Desert Eagle 41\/44 Magnum pistol. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Francis has also been charged with reckless driving on the public highway at a speed that police say posed a danger to other road users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The case, which includes 14 exhibits and seven witnesses, has been submitted for trial at the January sitting of the Assize Court.<\/p>
