Antigua and Barbuda Parliamentary Representative E.P. Chet Greene <\/a>has encouraged residents of St. Paul to take personal responsibility for their well-being as the constituency launches its annual Health Month observances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Running from Oct. 1 to 31 under the theme \u201cHealthy Lifestyle<\/a> \u2026things we can change,\u201d<\/em> the initiative features health screenings, public lectures, radio programs and outreach to homes and schools.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Greene said the month\u2019s activities are designed to strengthen both individual habits and community engagement in promoting better health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRemember, our health begins with what we consume,\u201d Greene said in his Health Month message.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

He urged residents to \u201ceat and drink wisely and be mindful of daily water intake,\u201d adding that he wants people to record every bottle or glass of water they drink during October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MP called on residents to participate actively in the calendar of events and to view the observance not only as a personal challenge but as a commitment to families, the wider community and the nation.<\/p>
