17-Year-Old Questioned in Connection with High Street Robbery<\/em><\/p>

St. John\u2019s, Antigua and Barbuda, Thursday, 25 September, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 17-year-old male is currently in police custody being questioned in connection with allegations of robbery.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At approximately 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, two individuals reported that they were accosted at gunpoint by two assailants, who robbed them of their vehicle, mobile phone, and other valuable items on High Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspects reportedly drove off with the stolen vehicle, heading in a westerly direction along High Street.<\/p>

A report was made to Criminal Investigations Department (CID), and an investigation was into the matter.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, police arrested the 17-year-old in the Clare Hall area and took him into custody. He is now assisting them with their investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Police Administration is urging anyone with information that may assist in this investigation to contact the CID at 462-3913, or anonymously through the Crimestoppers Hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
