Antigua Cruise Port has placed the spotlight on one of its senior managers, Andre, as part of a staff recognition initiative by Global Ports Holding (GPH).<\/p>

\"\"<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Andre currently serves as Health, Safety, and Compliance Manager, as well as Deputy Port Facility Security Officer. He began his career at the cruise port as a Health, Safety, and Logistics Supervisor before rising through the ranks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 1 August 2023, he was promoted to Port Facility Security Officer and Health & Safety Officer, a milestone that marked his growing influence in safety and regulatory oversight. He now plays a central role in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programmes to ensure compliance at Antigua Cruise Port.<\/p>

Originally from Antigua and Barbuda, Andre has been with GPH for six years and speaks English. The company also shared a personal detail, noting that he once spent four days vacationing in a treehouse.<\/p>
