when jurors ruled he was unfit to answer to the murder charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr. Griffin Benjamin, who testified in High Court via Skype on Monday, said Horsford\u2019s condition has improved and he is now stable enough to understand the court proceedings.<\/p><div id=\"antig-137121686\" class=\"antig-content_4 antig-entity-placement\"><a
