Simon, remembered by loved ones as a young man full of promise and youthful joy, is being mourned as \u201cjust beginning to discover life and his purpose.\u201d His family and supporters allege that his life was \u201ctragically and maliciously taken by those sworn to protect him,\u201d words that have fuelled widespread outrage.<\/p>
