Prime Minister Gaston Browne has confirmed that the government will acquire additional concrete trucks<\/strong> to meet the growing demand created by an expanded programme of roadworks.<\/p>

Speaking on the Browne and Browne Show, Mr Browne acknowledged complaints from residents that construction projects were being delayed because contractors could not secure enough trucks to distribute concrete across the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere are so many roads we\u2019re doing now that we just don\u2019t have sufficient trucks,\u201d commented Senator Lamin Newton. The Prime Minister agreed, responding: \u201cWe\u2019ll buy more\u201dBrowne and Browne Show.<\/p>
