Antigua and Barbuda had opened the tournament strongly, beating Anguilla 63-17, Montserrat 53-14, and Guyana 60-10, positioning themselves as early favourites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10-team competition features all seven ECCB members \u2013 Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines \u2013 alongside invited sides Barbados, the Cayman Islands, and Guyana.<\/p>
