Former High and Appeals Court Justice Albert Redhead has died less than three years after his retirement from the bench.<\/p>

The 77-year-old served more than 31 years on the bench across the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States and under the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an interview after his retirement, Justice Redhead said the job is one that calls for judges to be up to date and they must always be guided by the rule of law and the law itself.<\/p>

Redhead was highly respected in the judiciary and presided over many precedent-setting cases.<\/p>
