Work is advancing at the Old Holberton Hospital site on what officials describe as a transformative $21 million Renal Centre, designed to deliver world-class kidney care in Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry of Works said the new facility will be equipped with modern dialysis machines and advanced treatment capabilities, aimed at meeting the country\u2019s growing demand for specialised care.<\/p>

Once operational, the centre is expected to ease pressure on Mount St John\u2019s Medical Centre, remove the need for many patients to travel abroad for treatment, and expand access to dialysis for residents and patients across the region.<\/p>
