The National Hurricane Center in Miami has confirmed the formation of Tropical Storm Dexter<\/a>, the fourth named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season.<\/p>

Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 45 mph (75 km\/h). At this time, no coastal watches or warnings have been issued.<\/p>
