Known for bringing Caribbean heritage to the forefront of the U.S. culinary scene, Chef Claude is a celebrated figure in Caribbean gastronomy and an ambassador of Antiguan culture. At this year’s event, he will highlight the island’s culinary traditions through a modern lens with a curated tasting menu.
