The “Emancipation Village” will open its doors in the heart of St John’s, Antigua<\/a><\/strong>, on August 1st, commemorating 191 years since emancipation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organised by the Antigua and Barbuda <\/a>Reparations Support Commission, the Village, located at V.C. Bird Bust on Market Street, will offer a diverse range of cultural experiences, from storytelling and traditional games to vibrant Ethiopian and local fashion showcases.<\/p>

Visitors will enjoy live entertainment, drumming, dancing, and a marketplace featuring local jewelry, fashion, food, and drinks, celebrating Antigua and Barbuda’s <\/a><\/strong>rich heritage.<\/p>
