Preliminary hearings have begun in the attempted murder case against Wayne Charles<\/a><\/strong> of Browne\u2019s Avenue in Antigua and Barbuda<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charles is accused of attempting to kill Kadeem Spencer of Liberta during an incident on 3 July in New Village, Liberta. He also faces a charge of malicious damage to Spencer\u2019s iPhone 13, reportedly worth US$1,000.<\/p>
