Police Investigate Alleged Attempted Murder in Liberta Road Rage Incident<\/strong><\/p>

Police are investigating an alleged attempted murder after 27-year-old Kadeem Spencer reported being deliberately struck by a vehicle in New Village on the morning of July 3, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spencer told officers at the Liberta Police Station that he was hit by a black Toyota Vitz while exiting a blue Honda Fit driven by his girlfriend, Latreece Federick. The Vitz, reportedly owned and driven by Wayne Charles of Brownes Avenue, had earlier tried to run them off the road in what Spencer described as a dangerous encounter.<\/p>

The situation escalated when, moments after parking near Federick\u2019s home, Spencer saw the Vitz speeding toward him. He was knocked to the ground and suffered multiple abrasions.<\/p>

A medical examination was arranged, and police launched a search for Charles, who remains at large. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward as investigations continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
