School Uniform Grant Programme Now Open for 2025 Distribution<\/strong><\/p>

Parents and guardians across Antigua and Barbuda can once again benefit from the annual School Uniform Grant Programme, which officially launched today in preparation for the September 2025 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now in its 20th year, the Ministry of Education-led initiative provides school-aged children with at least one uniform to support families ahead of the new school term.<\/p>

The programme will run until August 29<\/strong> at the Multipurpose Cultural and Exhibition Centre<\/strong>. Opening hours are Mondays to Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.<\/strong>, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>

Eligibility criteria remain unchanged. Children must be at least five years old by December 31, 2025<\/strong>, and will remain enrolled in the programme through to the end of Fourth Form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning beneficiaries are required to present the student\u2019s most recent report card<\/strong> along with a government-issued ID<\/strong>. First-time applicants must bring an acceptance letter or third-term report<\/strong>, as well as valid identification for both the student and parent\/guardian<\/strong>.<\/p>

Nearly 20,000 vouchers were issued last year as part of the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
