These offenses\ninclude sexual offenses. However, you can still qualify by applying through a\nSchedule 1 Exception Form if you have a reason to believe your case is\nexceptional.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After\napplying, the Parole Board of Canada will go through it and decide whether you\nmaintained good behavior after your sentence. Sometimes you may need Proof of Conviction\ndocuments. To get these documents, you must submit your fingerprints which you\ncan obtain from the local police or other private agencies.<\/li><li>Next, you must\nfill the Court Information Form which is unique to each conviction. The form includes\nproof you paid fines, compensation, <a href=\"http:\/\/www7.austlii.edu.au\/cgi-bin\/viewdb\/au\/legis\/nsw\/consol_act\/cra1991167\/\">restitution\nand victim surcharges<\/a>. In addition, it also includes the trial\nmethod and if you attended proceedings in more than one court, then you must\nreach all of them.<\/li><li>You must get a\nrecord check from a local police department where you reside currently and also\nwhere you\u2019ve lived before for the past three months or more over the last 5\nyears. Don\u2019t forget to fill the Local Police Records Check Form.<\/li><li>For those who\nwere in the Canadian Forces, you must obtain a certified, dated and signed a copy of a Military Conduct Sheet.<\/li><li>For non-citizens,\nyou must produce proof of citizenship or other relevant immigration documents.<\/li><li>A photocopy of a\nlegal ID.<\/li><li>For a Schedule 1 offense,\nyou must attach a Schedule 1 Exception Form.<\/li><li>Answer all\nquestions asked in the Record Suspension Application Form.<\/li><li>Finally, you must\nensure all sections included in the Sustainable Rehabilitation and Measurable\nBenefit Form have been filled.
