Philip previously served as Accounting Manager at the American University of Antigua (AUA) and worked as a business consultant, advising organisations on strategic and operational reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He advocates for care-driven leadership in health services, stating that \u201cthe purpose of serving others should come from care, not necessity or profit.\u201d<\/p>
