THREE CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH ROBBERY AT BROWNIE\u2019S BAKERY<\/em><\/p>

St. John\u2019s, Antigua and Barbuda, Wednesday, July 2, 2025<\/p>

Police have arrested and jointly charged three males in connection with a robbery at Brownie\u2019s Bakery<\/a><\/strong> in Herbert\u2019s on Sunday, 29 June 2025.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ernesto Lawrence, age 30, of Swetes Village, along with 18-year-old Maurice Belgrave, and a 16-year-old both of All Saints were charged with Aggravated Robbery, Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of an Offence, and Unlawful Possession of Twelve (12) Rounds of .32 Ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shortly after the incident, the accused were intercepted in a vehicle on Jonas Road and were arrested and taken into custody. They are expected to appear before the court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
