This excessive and continuous rain has resulted in flooding in some areas, including the specific section where the foundation piles were originally installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After careful evaluation by the engineering team, it has been observed that moisture has set in beneath the piles due to the saturated conditions. This trapped moisture poses a potential risk to the integrity and long-term safety of the structure. As a precautionary measure, the engineers have strongly advised that the piles be removed and done over to ensure the foundation is secure and reliable.<\/p>
