Further to our notice in\nrespect of restricted access to Sand Haven Beach at Dickenson Bay last month,\nwe regret to advise that we must extend the restriction access that was issued\nuntil February 15, 2019<\/strong>.  Our work completion has been delayed due to\nunfavorable sea conditions.<\/p>

\nAs noted before, the purpose of the closure is to facilitate the laying of\nunderground and subsea pipelines by The West Indies Oil Company, Limited (WIOC).  The closure of this section of the beach is\nnecessary to ensure the safety of the users of the beach and small craft\noperators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the untimely event that\nwe encounter further delays, the public will be advised accordingly.  Once again, Management regrets any\ninconvenience caused by this delay.<\/p>
