St. John\u2019s, Antigua and Barbuda \u2014 Thursday, May 15, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The police have arrested and formally charged 33-year-old Ericson Williams<\/a><\/strong> of Potters with Attempted Murder.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The charge stems from an incident that occurred on April 21 in Potters, where Williams allegedly sprayed Josh Charles, also of Potters, with a hazardous substance.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Charles sustained severe injuries as a result and remains hospitalized at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williams <\/a><\/strong>is expected to make his first court appearance today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The police continue their investigation and urge anyone with additional information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or 462-3914.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
