Francis, widely known as Island Girl<\/em>, said she was “incredibly honoured” to be recognised and described the nomination as a validation of her personal and professional journey.<\/p>

The Caribbean POSH ICON<\/a><\/strong> Woman Awards celebrate Caribbean women across the region and diaspora who are making significant strides in their respective fields. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cEmbrace the Power, Live the Dream.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francis joins a diverse group of women leaders from Antigua and Barbuda, the US Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Barbados, Saint Lucia, Anguilla, and Trinidad and Tobago.<\/p>
