The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA) officially launched Culinary Month 2025 with the highly anticipated FAB Fest, held on Sunday, May 4, at the scenic Cedar Valley Golf Course. The event drew hundreds of attendees eager to enjoy a vibrant celebration of Food, Art, and Beverage.<\/p>

Living up to its name, FAB Fest offered a dynamic lineup of culinary experiences, including live chef demonstrations, tasting stations, and showcases of locally crafted food and drinks from over 25 vendors. Guests were treated to an immersive experience that celebrated the creativity and diversity of Antigua and Barbuda\u2019s culinary scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A major highlight of the event was the appearance of Chef Claude Lewis, winner of the 2019 Food Network series Chopped, and Mixologist Glendon Hartley, whose bar ranks among the USA\u2019s top establishments. The two wowed the crowd with live demos alongside talented local chefs, Steve Lake of Grace Foods and Chef Thaddeus Sealy, Chef and Lead Mixologist at BarNone Antigua, blending international flair with signature island flavors.<\/p>

Attendees also enjoyed live entertainment from Zamoni, Young Lyrics, The Strays and RT performers, as well as a live art wall where guests contributed to a collaborative piece.
