The Heads of Department employed by the Barbuda Council has elected the Antigua and Barbuda<\/a><\/strong> Trades and Labour Union as their Sole Bargaining Agent.<\/p>

The secret ballot held on 07th May 2025 in Codrington, Barbuda was conducted by the Department of Labour in accordance with J11 of the Antigua and Barbuda<\/a><\/strong> Labour Code.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The successful election marks another milestone for the AT&LU in its commitment to protecting and advancing the rights of workers in Barbuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In August 2024 the Union held a workshop in Barbuda entitled \u201cPromoting and Advancing the Rights of Workers in Barbuda,\u201d<\/em> for workers in the both public sector and private sector.<\/p>
