SOURCE: ANTIGUA OBSERVER-<\/strong> The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of 19-year-old Joyleen Abraham<\/a><\/strong>, a national of Guyana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports indicate that sometime shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, the deceased allegedly jumped from a motor vehicle driven by 24-year-old Victor Ince of Lightfoot West.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The incident occurred along a by-road leading from New Winthorpes to the Jabberwock Main Road.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Police responded to the scene and found the body of the deceased lying motionless on the southern side of the roadway with multiple injuries. A medical doctor later pronounced her dead at approximately 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The driver of the vehicle is currently in police custody assisting with ongoing investigations. The vehicle involved has been seized and transported to Police Headquarters for further forensic examination.<\/p>

The Police Administration is appealing to members of the public who may have witnessed the incident or have any relevant information to come forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Coolidge Police Station at 462-3185, the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913\/14, or anonymously call Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS (8477).<\/p>
