A woman in her 40s was killed after being run over by a truck during Labour Day activities near Fort James Beach on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident occurred shortly before 4pm as the woman reportedly attempted to climb onto the moving vehicle but slipped and was crushed by its wheel. Emergency Medical Services, already nearby, arrived within two minutes but she died at the scene from severe upper-body injuries.<\/p>
