Mental Health Talk Antigua <\/a><\/strong>proudly announces the\u00a0Second Annual \u2018Mindful \u2013 The Release\u2019 Wellness Experience<\/strong>, an inspiring event set for\u00a0Saturday, May 10th, 2025<\/strong>, at 6 PM.<\/p>

As the organization marks its\u00a05th anniversary<\/strong>, it invites the community to reflect, recharge, and release during an evening of holistic wellness\u2014while also celebrating five years of advocacy, education, and empowerment in mental health.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

With a contribution of just\u00a0$50<\/strong>, attendees will engage in a powerful blend of meditation, breathwork, journaling, movement, and storytelling. Proceeds from the event will directly support\u00a0Mental Health Talk Antigua\u2019s <\/a>ongoing awareness initiatives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This milestone year also marks an exciting new chapter:\u00a0the organization is opening recruitment for a host of volunteer and leadership positions<\/strong>. <\/p>

Individuals who are passionate about mental health and wellness are invited to join the team and help shape the next five years of impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cReaching five years is a testament to the power of community and the importance of mental health conversations,\u201d said Alisha Thomas<\/strong>, Co-founder and Mental Health Educator. \u201c\u2018Mindful \u2013 The Release\u2019<\/em> is our way of saying thank you while creating space for people to reset, reflect, and release what no longer serves them. And now, we\u2019re welcoming new voices and new hearts to carry this work forward with us.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Held under the theme \u201cThe Release\u201d<\/em>, this second installment of the Mindful<\/strong> series will continue to offer practical tools for emotional healing and resilience.<\/p>

About Mental Health Talk Antigua<\/strong>
Founded in 2020, Mental Health Talk Antigua is a grassroots organization dedicated to raising mental health awareness across Antigua and Barbuda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through workshops, outreach, digital advocacy, and wellness events, the organization works to break stigma and build safe spaces for mental wellness and emotional support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
