The Ministry of Foreign A\ufb00airs, Trade and Barbuda A\ufb00airs of Antigua and Barbuda, Announces Applications Open for the 2025 \u2013 2026 Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry of Foreign A\ufb00airs, Trade and Barbuda A\ufb00airs of Antigua and Barbuda<\/strong> is pleased to invite eligible Antiguan and Barbudan students to apply for the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Programme for the 2025 \u2013 2026 academic year.<\/p>

This scholarship, funded by the Government of Azerbaijan<\/a><\/strong>, provides fully funded higher education opportunities at leading universities in Azerbaijan.<\/p>

Established by decree of H.E. Ilhan Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan<\/a><\/strong>, the programme honours the memory of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of Azerbaijan, and supports the development of human capital and international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Antiguan student, Abosede Winter, who is currently benefiting from the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Programme shared her experience:<\/p>
