A federal judge has ruled that financial records requested in the ongoing Alfa Nero<\/a><\/strong> legal proceedings must be produced, but with strict confidentiality conditions attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U.S. District Judge Jesse M. Furman on Tuesday issued a memo endorsement lifting the stay on subpoenas for the financial documents of individuals connected to the case. <\/p>

The judge ordered that the materials be disclosed under a protective order, limiting access to attorneys only.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUpon review of the parties\u2019 letters, the Court concludes that the proper way to balance Applicant\u2019s interest in avoiding unnecessary delay and Movants\u2019 privacy interests is to lift the stay and require production subject to a protective order,\u201d Judge Furman wrote in the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The documents will remain under an Attorneys-Eyes-Only<\/em> designation, preventing disclosure beyond legal teams until further instructions from the court. <\/p>

Furthermore, should the court later decide to quash the subpoenas, any materials already disclosed must be destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The judge directed both parties \u2014 Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov, who filed the opposition, and the movants \u2014 to confer and submit a proposed protective order by April 25, 2025<\/em>.<\/p>
