Two men have been jailed for six months after admitting to breaking into a supermarket in St John\u2019s<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jahbal Grant, 24, of Parham, and Kamory Miller, 29, of Hatton, pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and larceny, as well as resisting arrest and battery on police.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The break-in at TINY Supermarket occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 20 April. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Police said the men stole several cartons of cigarettes, a pack of Blunt, and two boxes of Raw rolling papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Officers responded swiftly to reports of suspicious activity and found both men hiding inside the premises. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

They reportedly resisted arrest before being taken into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A magistrate sentenced them on Tuesday at St John\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> Magistrate\u2019s Court.<\/p>
