Marine Engineering Manager<\/strong><\/p>

The Marine\nEngineering Manager is responsible for the safety and functional performance <\/p>

of the marine\nfleet and will be the primary boat captain for the club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key\nTasks<\/strong><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Oversee the operation and maintenance of the boat fleet, ensuring\nthat they are well maintained and operating in an efficient and safe manner \u00b7 Manage on and off-site equipment\nmaintenance \u00b7 Be the\nprimary boat captain for the club, responsible for vessel piloting, navigation,\nsafety, security, first aid and cleanliness \u00b7 Establish and maintain a repair\nand maintenance schedule for all boats \u00b7 Diagnose mechanical and cosmetic\nissues  \u00b7 Test marine engines,\ntransmissions, propellers, navigational gear and similar to diagnose\nmalfunctions \u00b7 Perform\nmechanical and cosmetic repairs within your ability \u00b7 Maintain equipment files and\nrecords \u00b7 Order and\nmaintain stock of spare parts and supplies \u00b7 Maintain inventory of department\nequipment \u00b7  Responsible for fueling boats<\/p>
