DIRECTOR OF SECURITY AND SAFETY<\/strong> <\/p>

to join our\nteam in Barbuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Director\nof Security and Safety will be responsible for implementing and managing <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

all security\nand safety programs and initiatives to protect property, assets, guests, staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and infrastructure\nas well as coordinating emergency preparation and response.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Key\nTasks<\/strong><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Develop physical\nsecurity policies, standard operating procedures and essential safety programs \u00b7 Provide technical guidance\ndesigned to protect personnel, guests, facilities, property and other assets \u00b7 Hire and train security personnel\n\u00b7 Plan,\ncoordinate, implement and evaluate complex emergency management and physical\nsecurity projects \u00b7 Develop\nhurricane preparedness program \u00b7 Identity and evaluate potential\nsecurity threats \u00b7 Develop loss\nprevention protocols \u00b7 Deploy\nsecurity staff to effectively monitor and protect assets \u00b7 Participate in the development of\noperating budgets \u00b7 Respond to\ncrisis situations \u00b7 Direct\nmedical response logistics \u00b7 Initiate and\nconduct inquiries and investigations as necessary \u00b7 Maintain logs, certifications,\nand documents \u00b7 Advise on\ncomplex security matters in order to resolve questions pertaining to security\nmeasures, threats, conflicting requirements, budget, and strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
