Court to Decide if Banker Brian Stuart-Young Will Be Jailed for Contempt<\/strong><\/p>

A court hearing set for April 11 will determine whether prominent banker Brian Stuart-Young will be jailed for contempt of court in a long-running US$10 million dispute with businessman Jack Stroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuart-Young and his bank, Global Bank of Commerce, were ordered in November 2022 to repay the sum to Stroll. However, court documents confirm that as of February 28, 2025, Stuart-Young remains in contempt for failing to comply.<\/p>
