The selected multimedia company will be responsible for: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Concept Development <\/strong>\u2013 Aligning with Antigua Carnival theme and  branding <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Storyboard Presentation <\/strong>\u2013 Visual storytelling plan for ABFC approval \u25cf Video Production & Content Execution <\/strong>\u2013 High-quality filming  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Editing & Post-Production <\/strong>\u2013 Dynamic cuts, engaging transitions, and  compelling effects <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Final Delivery <\/strong>\u2013 Optimized formats for multi-platform distribution <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Third-Party Content – <\/strong>Ensures that any third-party content used in the  production will be appropriately licensed <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLATFORM DISTRIBUTION <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The produced videos will be strategically distributed across multiple platforms to  maximize engagement primary on Antigua Carnival platforms in collaboration with  partners and stakeholders: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Social Media Blasts <\/strong>\u2013 Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts,  Facebook Stories <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Event Screens & Digital Billboards <\/strong>\u2013 High-traffic Carnival locations \u25cf TV & Web Ad Spots <\/strong>\u2013 Teasing the experience and building anticipation <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interested vendors should submit a comprehensive proposal including: \u25cf Detailed budget breakdown<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Portfolio of similar projects, including links to previous work \u25cf Proposed creative approach and storyboard concept <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: All information provided by the ABFC to  the vendor during the proposal and production process shall be considered  confidential and proprietary. The vendor agrees not to disclose, reproduce,  or use such information <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Project timeline with key deliverables <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Technical specifications for video production <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Company profile and relevant experience in multimedia production \u25cf Three (3) client references <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EVALUATION CRITERIA <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Creativity & Innovation <\/strong>(30%) \u2013 Unique storytelling approach and dynamic  execution <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Experience & Expertise <\/strong>(25%) \u2013 Proven track record in high-energy video  production <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Technical Capabilities <\/strong>(20%) \u2013 Equipment, editing proficiency, and  delivery quality <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Budget & Cost-Effectiveness <\/strong>(15%) \u2013 Clear and reasonable cost structure \u25cf Project Timeline & Deliverables <\/strong>(10%) \u2013 Ability to meet deadlines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
