SOURCE: LOOP NEWS-<\/strong> Detectives from the Westmoreland Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have charged 40-year-old Kerry-Ann Clarke of Bastard Cedar Walk, Petersfield in the parish with wounding with intent following an incident in her community on Wednesday, March 19.<\/p>

Reports from the Whithorn police are that about 3:30 pm, Clarke had a dispute with a neighbour over a pipe which provides water for both of their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The altercation reportedly became physical, during which Clarke allegedly used a machete to inflict several wounds all over the man\u2019s body, which bled profusely.<\/p>

He was rushed to the hospital by residents, where he was admitted for treatment.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A statement was recorded from the man, wherein he named Clarke as the person who wounded him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clarke was later arrested and taken into custody. She was charged on Sunday, March 23, based on the complainant\u2019s statement.<\/p>

Her court date is being finalised.<\/p>\n
