A High Court judge has found Damien Joseph <\/a><\/strong>guilty of shooting with intent to cause grievous bodily harm in connection with a 2022 incident in St. John\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justice Ann Marie Smith delivered the verdict after a judge-only trial where Damien Joseph<\/a> <\/strong>represented himself. The case stems from May 30, 2022, when he allegedly fired at fellow Cassada Gardens resident Kelvin Constant as he drove along High Street.<\/p>

Court evidence showed Joseph discharged a firearm at Constant\u2019s windshield, shattering a speaker tweeter before the bullet lodged in the truck\u2019s cabin. Though uninjured, Constant immediately reported the incident.<\/p>
