A Virgin Atlantic flight bound for London was forced to return to Antigua after Heathrow Airport<\/strong><\/a> unexpectedly closed late last night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aircraft, carrying 234 passengers and crew, landed safely at V.C. Bird International Airport around 4 a.m. The closure, caused by a major power outage, has affected Terminals 2 and 4 and left over 5,000 homes nearby without electricity.<\/p>
