The Alfa Nero controversy stems from the government\u2019s seizure and sale of the superyacht, which had been abandoned in Antigua\u2019s waters. The sale, which reportedly netted $40 million, has been the subject of intense scrutiny, with claims emerging that funds were mismanaged.
