Caribbean Airlines reaffirmed\u00a0 its commitment to its valued customers and partners at its exclusive \u201cWelcome Home to Love\u00a0 and Loyalty\u201d customer appreciation event, held on February 12 at the Winifred Atwell\u00a0 Auditorium (formerly Queens Hall), Port of Spain.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration honoured the airline\u2019s top tier loyalty members and officially launched  its revamped Caribbean Miles program, offering customers more ways to earn, greater  flexibility, and enhanced rewards across the airline\u2019s growing route network.  <\/p>

The evening was a vibrant mix of entertainment, appreciation, and forward-looking  announcements, reflecting the airline\u2019s commitment to fostering deep connections with its  customers, partners, and the wider Caribbean community.  <\/p>

The event brought together key figures from the business community and government,\u00a0 including Trinidad and Tobago\u2019s Minister of Finance, the Honourable Colm Imbert, who\u00a0 delivered the feature address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minister Imbert underscored Caribbean Airlines\u2019 vital role in\u00a0 regional connectivity and economic development, reinforcing its position as an essential bridge\u00a0 across the Caribbean and beyond.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

CEO Garvin Medera highlighted the airline\u2019s ongoing expansion, emphasizing that Caribbean\u00a0 Airlines now seamlessly connects the English, Spanish, Dutch, and French Caribbean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also\u00a0 hinted at even more destinations on the horizon in 2025, expanding the airline\u2019s reach to new,\u00a0 diverse, and multicultural markets.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cAt Caribbean Airlines, loyalty is more than just miles\u2014it\u2019s about relationships, trust,\u00a0 and the shared journeys we take together. <\/p>

This evening is about reaffirming our\u00a0 commitment to you, our valued stakeholders, who continue to make Caribbean Airlines\u00a0 the airline of choice in the region,\u201d Medera stated.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of its evolving product offering, the airline announced the introduction of Caribbean\u00a0 Airlines Gift Cards, allowing customers to share the gift of travel with friends and family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\u00a0 new feature aligns with the airline\u2019s vision of being more than a transportation provider\u2014but a\u00a0 lifestyle brand, where travel integrates seamlessly with culture, convenience, and unforgettable\u00a0 experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline\u2019s Jetpak courier service is also set to expand to other territories later\u00a0 this year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caribbean Miles remains a pillar of Caribbean Airlines\u2019 customer engagement strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0 enhancements to the program will open up even more opportunities for members to earn and\u00a0 redeem miles, making travel within the region and beyond even more rewarding.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The night\u2019s entertainment featured some of the Caribbean\u2019s top soca artistes including Mical\u00a0 Teja, Bunji Garlin and Machel Montano who released the airline\u2019s latest jingle which reflected\u00a0 the spirit of celebration and cultural pride that defines the airline\u2019s brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CEO also thanked\u00a0 Angostura Limited with whom the airline has partnered to produce its exclusive CIM Rum\u00a0 Punch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company will also have its own J\u2019ouvert band in the Trinidad Carnival this year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
