center<\/strong> at the Old Holberton Hospital site, as part of efforts to expand kidney care services in the country.<\/p><div id=\"antig-1482894754\" class=\"antig-content_5 expected to be completed by the <strong>end of the year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are substantially along in the construction of the renal center, and it should be finished before the year is out,\u201d Browne said, adding that the center will help address the <strong>growing demand for dialysis treatment<\/strong> in Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p><div id=\"antig-3782997650\" burden on Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Centre (MSJMC).
