Marshall stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-factors-driving-occupancy-growth\"><strong>Factors Driving Occupancy Growth<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strong Airlift Connectivity<\/strong> \u2013 New and expanded flight routes have made Antigua and Barbuda more accessible to key markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased Cruise Tourism<\/strong> \u2013 A rise in cruise visitors has contributed to short-term hotel stays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Major Events and Festivals<\/strong> \u2013 Annual events such as Antigua Sailing Week and the ICC Men\u2019s T20 World Cup games have boosted occupancy levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Growth in Luxury and Boutique Accommodations<\/strong> \u2013 High-end travelers are increasingly choosing Antigua and Barbuda for premium stays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-and-future-outlook\"><strong>Challenges and Future Outlook<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While the numbers are promising, Marshall noted that accommodation shortages remain a concern, particularly during peak seasons.
