On World Cancer Day<\/strong>, she embraces the theme \u201cUnited by Unique\u201d, recognizing that while everyone\u2019s cancer journey is personal, no one fights alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the eldest of 12 chefs featured in the 2025 Medical Benefits Scheme Wellness<\/strong> Calendar, Grandma Mirie champions healthy aging and disease prevention. <\/p>

Her kombucha recipe, rich in antioxidants and probiotics, reflects her belief in nourishing both body and mind at every stage of life.<\/p>

While not a cure, kombucha may support gut health and combat oxidative stress, which is important for overall health, especially the immune system. However, she encourages cancer patients to consult their doctors before consuming kombucha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
