The Antigua Barbuda Bankers Association has officially rebranded as the Antigua Barbuda Montserrat Bankers Association (ABMBA)<\/strong>, reflecting its expanded scope and commitment to the financial sector in the region.<\/p>

The announcement comes as the association welcomes its newest member, The Bank of Montserrat<\/strong>, and enhances its digital presence with new Facebook and Instagram pages aimed at engaging with stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New leadership at ABMBA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ABMBA has also appointed a new president, Karen Richardson<\/strong>, General Manager of Caribbean Union Bank<\/strong>. She will lead the newly formed Board of Directors, comprising representatives from ACB Caribbean, Bank of Montserrat, Caribbean Union Bank, CIBC Caribbean, Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank,<\/strong> and Finance and Development Company Ltd<\/strong>.<\/p>

Outgoing President Ladesa James-Williams<\/strong>, Director of Retail Sales OECS and Country Head Antigua at CIBC Caribbean, extended her congratulations to Mrs Richardson, saying: \u201cCongratulations to our new President, Karen Richardson, who I know will have a successful and impactful tenure.<\/p>

Thank you to the outgoing committee for their dedication and support over the last few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
