The reason why that\u2019s an issue is because if an e-liquid has a sweet flavor, it\u2019s sweetened with sucralose. Vapes don\u2019t contain sugar<\/a>, but sucralose is just as bad for a vape because it caramelizes like sugar when it\u2019s heated. The melted sucralose sticks to the coil in your vape and creates a crust that causes the device to produce a smoky, burnt flavor.
