The population of Antigua has grown over the last 20 years, and I believe since then a greater proportion of adults are vehicle-owners. Our roads are congested for much of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fix the roads incrementally \u2013 driving on congested roads is stressful.<\/p>
